Manufacturing process:

When building a vajrafon our worker uses the nitriding operation of the surface of  steel DC04. In the process of this operation, a very thin coating is created on the surface of the musical instrument, preventing oxidation (rusting) of the steel. At the final step, a thin layer of special acoustic varnish is applied to the vajrafon handpan, which is also made to protect the instrument from an aggressive environment.
